No, any plates, cups or utensils that are reused are kept separate Kosher from non Kosher.

Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Gum balls & Pucker Powder are always Kosher. Individual bins of candy is or is not on a case by case basis and is labeled accordingly.

One of our founders is a kids psychologist and discovered that there are a variety of reasons that depend on the age of children at the party. Two extreme examples are: If a young child between the ages of 2-5 yrs old was hastily introduced into a room full of kids who are throwing or shooting balls with strobe lights, special effects, partial darkness, and loud music, that child is likely to respond poorly. Depending upon age and maturity, the child could start to cry and or refuse to join the party and want to leave the room immediately. Reasons being; the group of kids before have had the advantage of seeing a demonstration and being explained the directions, rules and objectives in a organized group environment. Our late comers need to be introduced in the same way to make sure they are not only safe and clear on the rules and directions, but feel comfortable and secure joining the party. If a 10 year old child has arrived at a paintball party and is hastily given equipment, explained the rules, and rushed in to join the party, he is not familiar with the area he is playing in. He doesn’t know who is on which team as everyone is geared up. He didn’t see the demonstration nor was he given a chance to practice shooting. He could have missed important direction such as, No Horse Play. What to do if you mask is falling off? Where to go if you get shot in your face-mask and have paint covering your goggles and or breathing holes? Missing any of these or many other rules and directions would dramatically increase the potential for a sever injury due to the child simply “not knowing”. Those were just two plausible scenarios out of many which should encourage all to follow our rules to ensure the safety of all our guests. If you have questions regarding the listed scenarios or have questions regarding anything else, we will be more than happy to explain.

For example: If there is a kids sporting event, another party in the same class, or inclement weather, what happens? Because we are a private party facility once you reserve your date and time there are is no rescheduling; however, here are 2 exceptions: 

1. If the birthday child is hospitalized 

2. A state of emergency announced by the governor due to sever weather. It is at these times only will be able to discuss other options. 

For all other possible scenarios, we highly recommend purchasing the party insurance. For less than the cost of one child you will have the ability to reschedule your party for any reason. (restrictions apply)

Yes. We welcome you to bring food for the attending adults only. No food or party favors with any kind of food substance, (unless it is allergy related food) is allowed to be brought into the party facility for the kids parties.

Yes. Since we offer a private facility we must start and end every party on time so that we do not inconvenience the other parties that are scheduled before and after your scheduled event. Anyone arriving late to a party (once the doors to the game room close you are late, no matter if the games has started or not) must wait until the following game to join the party. This is done for the safety and enjoyment of all the kids. Since our shortest all inclusive party is 2 hours long even, if your a little late, you will still make it in time to have fun!

Unfortunately we don’t take our packages apart. Some of our packages offer activities only while other packages are all inclusive. If you choose not to take advantage of anything in the package that is no problem; however, there will not be any credit given for that choice.

Since we are a private party facility we must meet a minimum cost for each party. This is so we can continue to offer a clean, state of the art, private kids birthday party facility with all inclusive packages at unbeatable prices! As well as new games and activities for fantastic kids parties year, after year, after year.

Yes, we can host joint parties. We are happy to accommodate families that choose to take advantage of this great way to save money and have fun with the same group of friends. The only condition, the party must be booked, confirmed, and settled with only one parent. This avoids confusion and misunderstandings which can arise when multiple parents are arranging and working with us on one party.

When there is a party going on we focus solely on the party. We do not take calls, schedule tours or bookings of any parties. By scheduling the tours and bookings, we are able to dedicate the appropriate amount of time to obtain all of your questions, and answer and all of your needs, wants, and concerns.

The best way to keep our facilities looking, smelling, feeling fresh, and clean is by limiting the germs and dirt brought in from the outside. We offer multiple hand and wipe disinfectant stations and are constantly cleaning and disinfecting the equipment for your health, safety and convenience.

“No coughing, No sneezing, and No stinky feet”. If you or your child is not feeling well, please reframe from visiting Kids Rule until feeling better. This will ensure the health benefit of all our guests. If your child has stinky socks due to sports, stinky sneakers or other reasons, please bring a clean pair of socks or purchase a pair from our gift shop. We reserve the right to ask anyone to exit the facility if they or their child(s) are displaying signs of illness or display signs of poor hygiene.

Yes, we have changing stations in both Men’s & Woman’s bathrooms.

No, MOM & DAD are always free! Each child may be accompanied by up to 2 adults (any child accompanied by more than 2 adults will be charged $5 per adult)

Each play date is 45 minutes of non stop fun.

Teamwork! We offer multiple sanitization stations with wipes and spray available for equipment to be wiped down (before and after use by parents) as well as hands of all sizes, big and small. We also clean and disinfect our equipment multiple times a day.

No! Food and beverages are not allowed inside of Play Date.

Yes! You are welcome to bring cameras to memorialize your awesome Play Date!

Yes! Pictures can be purchased immediately after your Play Date as well as certain video’s.

A Private Play Date is a great way to enjoy some time with a small group of select friends. We will close one of our play rooms to the public and make it private for you and your guests only for a 2 hour visit with a minimum 5 guests. No charge for 2 Adults per child, $5 per each additional adult. $25 per child.

No! Here at KIDS RULE we limit the number of guests at a Play Date and/or Open Play to make sure that all our visiting kids and parents are comfortable and having a wonderful experience. Having over enrolled Play Dates and/or Open Play does not make for a favorable experience thus we will happily add Play Dates to accommodate demand while still limiting the size. This ensures the best experience for all involved. Enrolled Members are guaranteed admission as long as they call ahead.
